Open Hearts and Helping Hands.

Ribbons

WHAT DOES THE GREEN RIBBON MEAN?

You may see green ribbons tied around trees in neighborhoods affected by the July 27, 2026 tornado.

These ribbons are a simple sign of connection, solidarity, and hope.

They remind our neighbors that they have not been forgotten and they do not have to walk through recovery alone.

Each ribbon is a reminder:

You are seen.
You are remembered.
You are prayed for.
You are not alone.

Churches from the Neenah Menasha Ministerial Association are joining together in support for our community.
Our churches may have different Christian traditions, but in this moment, we are praying for you and our community.

A COMMUNITY WRAPPED IN HOPE

Throughout the neighborhoods affected by the tornado, green ribbons are being tied around trees as a visible reminder that our community is connected and that our neighbors are not alone.

Every ribbon tells our neighbors: We see you. We remember you. We are praying for you.

MANY CHURCHES. ONE COMMUNITY. ONE HOPE.

We are here to pray, serve, encourage, and support our neighbors as our community continues to recover.

We represent different Christian denominations and traditions, but we share a common desire:

To love our neighbors and walk alongside our community.

SPIRITUAL NEEDS & SERVICES

As you care for the physical needs of recovery, remember to care for your heart and soul, too.
You don't have to carry the weight of this experience alone. Your faith community is here to listen, pray, encourage, and walk beside you.

Churches from the Neenah Menasha Ministerial Association are coming together to pray, serve, encourage, and support our neighbors as our community continues to recover.

We represent different Christian denominations and traditions, but we share a common desire:

To love our neighbors and walk alongside our community.

WE ARE PRAYING WITH YOU

We pray for those whose homes, businesses, neighborhoods, and sense of security have been affected.

We pray for those who are grieving what was lost.

We pray for those working long hours to clean up and rebuild.

We pray for the volunteers, first responders, churches, organizations, and neighbors who continue to serve.

And we pray for the days ahead, that our community would find strength, healing, courage, and hope.
